Well waddy yah know Ive just bought one of those a few months ago I love the neck on them, I had mine set up including a fret level job by Leo at Wild Horse Guitars at Redfern she plays like a Les Paul. Leo is amazing . Joe Walsh Uses him too when he's in Australia.

LR BAGGS should design a jack with a wider hole to accommodate a proper guitar strap. They have no intention on doing such such a thing I was told.

I currently have an Microverb2, and its current condition is that the red light（Overload Light ） is always on after power is turned on, and there is no signal or sound. The power supply I use is a dc9v power supply. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Hi, I have a Tascam 122 MK3, with 0,16% wow&flutter. Changed the pinch roller, but is still the same issue. Is it something to oil/grease there? It could be the idler tyre? Or the SMD capacitors on capstan board?

Thank god I found this.. My 122 MKIII has so few hours on it, but it had been sitting in a rack unused for the past 15 years.. Powered it on and tried rewinding / playing a cassette, and got the 3 blinking LEDs of death.. Gear C, I guess?

Appreciate the comment about the overwound pickups, I bought mine used for a great price and assumed the fire breather 15k bridge pickup was aftermarket. Pretty funny considering the guitars were marketed as having factory Texas specials which are 10-something k, seems fender was not being totally truthful there. Replaced my bridge with a klein epic esquire but may continue to experiment. An old video but a very good one 👍

I need your help! I replaced the relays and I have no effect. I have output with a slight buzz but I don’t hear the relays kicking on. I bought it off eBay as-is thinking it would be a simple fix but doh🤦 I’d like to pay and ship it to ya and have you service it and bring it back to life if possible!🙌🏻 thanks for you’re time and consideration 🙂

Hi all. I just recovered my DEP-5 that had been stored more than 10 years in an empty house. A friend of mine could repair the battery as well as some faulty parts, but it seems that all the "sounds/settings" have gone. Is there a way to copy the data thru sysex import, and if yes, where can I find the data? Thnx bunches and Happy upcoming year!

I got one for free without a power supply. AC to AC adapters seem surprisingly rare. The new versions of these compressors run off DC.

I bought a Roland U-220 last year the same time I also bought an Emu Proteus/2 and Alesis SR-16 drum machine. I did consider a sampler rack but I might stick to using VST samplers on the rare occsions I actually use a sampler as Mixcraft has 2 stock samplers plus I also have Kontakt 6 and Halion 7.

The big deal about the mouse is really using it to draw waveforms! Such a fun little machine.

Hi there, Thanks for the video! It looks like my gear C failed, however there is a tape stuck inside. This prevents the door being removed and thus accessing the mechanism. Is there a way to remove a stuck cassette, when door won't open and basically the whole machine has shut down becuase of gear c failure? I have a Tascam 112 MkII, which shares a service manual with the 122 mkIII, so I'm assuming the methodolgy (if there is one) would be similar. I have tried pushing largest (cam control) gear gently to advance the other gears, but everything is jammed.

ADA MP1 preamp does the same thing. Looks like the same transformer and case design. I have a spare MP1 that doesn't vibrate, not sure why.

On my unit (FMR RNLA) a few of the plastic caps that sit in front of the LEDs got pushed inside the device and make clicking sounds when I move it around. Any tipps on how I could place them back where they belong?

In Holland we have red swing bottle rubbers that perfectly fit on the end pin, securing your strap

Nice product, but I think the locking piece is superfluous. The weight of the guitar body keeps the strap in place on the bottom endpin. It's always the upper bout one that comes loose. They could just sell the extension by itself and cut cost.

Helpful tip: The headphone jack socket 'floats' on the pcb module (the solder joints hold it and nothing else) and under strain from headphone is bound to fail. I put hot glue between the socket and pcb after refloating the solder. It is now solid and less likely to fail again.

Massive thank you! I just installed a new belt and tire and the C- gear for a friend. Deck is performing perfect in every way. Did clean the gears and shafts and a drop of oil on the motors. Used synthetic clock grease for the gear shafts sparingly. Wonderful cassette decks these things are. He will be super happy when he hooks it up on his home system.
